what are the steps to setup a charitable trust in India?
Could someone list the steps required to to setup a charitable trust in India?
I would like to setup a charity in my Parents name and plan to dedicate a percentage of my earnings towards the Charity activities of the trust. I am currently working abroad. I need to collect as much information as possible before I go back to india for setting it up, so that I will be able to save time.
